Disc 11 should be found in ancient city chests.

Disc 11 should be found in ancient city chests since the warden is inspired by them and the sound track canonically consists of a player or some other entity fleeing the warden.

    Maybe a whole new disc. This would be endgame for the ancient cities.

    Comment before me (we have disk 5) and 2 I think disk 11 should be in  dungeons (thing with spawners)
