The warden currently has really cool animations, but it’s movement speed and melee attack are extremely fast in comparison. When the warden finishes it aggravation animation it begins sprinting at crazy speeds and its attack move stupid fast, it doesn’t really fit the creepy feel of the mob. I think that making it so the warden starts off moving slow but gets faster will make the end of the animation less abrupt, it would also make running from the warden feel like a intense chase scene which I think adds a lot more personality to the warden. Also, changing the melee attack to have an animation and be slightly slower with a very slight charge up will make it more menacing. And to make sure that the attack isn’t underpowered, the warden could continue to run while pulling its arms back to swing. I feel like that could put a strong feeling of impending death that is coming instead of and instant one. He could also have quick light attacks that don’t do as much damage to use when players are too close for to long, it will remind players that he is not someone to mess with and discourage fighting him head on. I think changes like this will make being chased much more scary and cool and will give even more reason to not get spotted by that warden, and it will reward those who practice the game and know what to do by giving players a chance at running, but no chance at fighting. I think this fits the warden very well.
