When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

Mute Redstone Components by placing Wool Blocks and Carpet on top.

Redstone Components that run on clocks or repeat often get loud fast. Wool occlusion could offer a solution.

For example if you place wool/carpet on top of a dropper, it from then on runs silent. This would be great for item sorters and rappid item droppers.

It could also be used for silent arrow traps by doing using wool/carpet on a despenser full of arrows.

    I definitely think this would be useful specifically for traps and such when you don't want other players to know that something's going on behind the walls. Also, it could make skulk sensors more effective by removing machine interference.
