Shepherd villagers should sell goat horns.

Shepherd villagers don't really see many uses currently, but with the 1.19 Wild Update and the introduction of goat horns, I think giving master shepherds a possibility to sell goat horns and even copper horns would give these villagers' occupations more popularity.

    maybe a unnamed one, so if you name it in an anvil, it can turn into an existing one.
