The Enchanter is a mob in Minecraft Dungeons only, but I think it should also be in Java Edition, too. The Enchanter will have to be modified to fit the rules of Java Edition, but other than that, I'll explain what I think it should be like:
1. The Enchanter can spawn in Woodland Mansions, very rarely in Patrols, and every time in raids at wave three and above and the difficulty must be on Hard.
2. The Enchanter can enchant Vindicators, Evokers, Pillagers, Wandering Traders, Villagers, but not Ravagers. The Enchanter must be in line-of-sight of the player and the mob it desires to enchant must be within 16 blocks of it. It only enchants the mob when the player is nearby. The enchantments that are applied to the mob enchanted by the Enchanter give the mob 1.5x its regular stats. The mob who is under the spell of the Enchanter will not leave the 16-block range of the Enchanter. The Enchanter can enchant Villagers and Wandering Traders, making them hostile to other Villagers and Wandering Traders, and the player. The Enchanter cannot enchant the player. When a mob who was previously under the spell of the Enchanter exits that 16-block range, the mob becomes unenchanted and goes back to normal.
3. The Enchanter will not attack the player unless they are within attack-range, and the mob melee-attacks the player.
