Portals Should Spread Netherrack when Destroyed

Ruined portals in the overworld curiously generate netherrack and other blocks around them, giving the appearance of the nether spreading from the ruined portal. There is no mechanic in the game that mirrors this, so one should be added.

 

When destroyed via explosions, nether portals in the overworld should generate a patch of netherrack and magma below them. However, only some blocks should be able to be replaced, such as dirt and stone.

    This would be ok if it only spread to certain blocks

    Mojang could reuse the existing Moss spreading code but replace ground with Quartz ore and Netherrack!
