creeper hissing vignette

for people who are hard of hearing (like myself), there should be a flashing red vignette or something similar on the screen, even though there are subtitles on java edition, for most people who play on bedrock edition there is no such thing, and even if there are subtitles, they are in a small part of the screen that goes mostly unnoticed. some visual trigger should be around when there are creepers to make it easier to protect against them, however it should be a setting to toggle on or off, just like with the nausea effect
