The Echo Table (Use for Echo Shards)

Hello everyone :)

So I was just scrolling through reddit (22w14a) and I saw a very cool comment for another use of echo shards, I know that Mojang probably have some more things for echo shards but I thought it was a really cool idea.

The Echo Table

So basically when you surround an enchanting table with echo shards, you get the new Echo Table!

When you open this block, instead of using lapis you use echo shards, this is the only place where you can get enchantments + 1 level. Example: Mending 2, Efficiency 6, Fortune 4, Unbreaking 4 etc.

Efficiency 6 could break deepslate instantly for example.

You have to sacrifice alot of levels (10 levels or so).

This would make going to an ancient city immediatly worth it! It would also stimulate going to an ancient city multiple times

Personally I don't think this breakes the game or is too overpowered. People want a game-changing item or thing in the ancient city, I would say that this is certainly a game changing mechanic/Item.

Ofcourse Mojang can give their own spin to this but I still think this fits vanilla really well and doesn't break the game, but it gives the ancient city alot more use!

Hopefully Mojang sees this and think about it!

    I don't think it's necessary to make a separate enchantment table, you can just use echo shards instead of lapis. However, the cost of such enchantments should be really high, because in 5 minutes of clearing the ancient city of skulk blocks, you can already get level 10
