(Java Parity) No more Color ID

Currently, in Bedrock Edition, to use commands involving colored blocks, you must use a color ID (i.e. /fill ~ ~ ~ 10 20 30 concrete 4). In Java Edition, you do not need to use color ID (i.e. /fill ~ ~ ~ 10 20 30 yellow_concrete). I think Bedrock Edition should change so that there is no color ID required because this will make commands less confusing.

    That is slowly starting to happen as the game updates on Bedrock. Eventually, once all blocks become independent of data values for variants, then it can be marked as released.
