Echo Bow

The Echo Bow would be crafted using a bow and 4-8 Echo Shards. The bow would have a unique ability where, if it lands an arrow within 5 blocks of a mob (including hitting the mob directly), the bow will "target" that mob. If you shoot another arrow near the targeted mob using the Echo Bow, the arrow will pursuit that target, making it more likely to land hits.
