Making Echo Shards Renewable

Something that I find annoying about the current design of Echo Shards is that they're non-renewable. This suggestion aims to fix that. It comes in two main parts.
 
1. Echo Shards can be placed on sculk blocks, looking like some sculk version of amethyst.
2. If a sculk charge passes through the sculk underneath a Shard, the shard has a small chance to consume some of the charge and 'grow' the Echo Shard. Breaking the Echo Shard now will drop 2 shards. 
 
This way, Echo Shard are renewable, but you still need to get at least one before you can make more.

    when sculk grows on amethyst blocks, it will turn into echo crystal. Upon breaking, it will drop echo shards. Also, echo crystals should either scare or attract wardens.
