Allays should be immune to ALL damage while holding a item

Allays are really hard to get, you have to walk thousands of blocks away to a Woodland Mansion for a CHANCE to get an Allay, and with only 5 hearts, it will not last the journey home. To encourage Players to find Allays, these pixies should be completely immune to all damage as long as they have an item. Guaranteeing their safety and ready for item collection duty.
