The block would be made out of 8 shards and 1 tinted glass, and instead of reflecting light, it reflects entities. For example: If you shoot an arrow at it, once it hits the Echo Mirror, it will bounce it back at the exact same speed, this goes for snowballs, ender pearls, and even players flying with an elytra.
Could have some very unique uses! =D
