Quartz Pulse Generator (Bedrock)

When redstone is ran through a quartz block, a constant pulse is generated (I don't know how many ticks).  Can be easily turned off.  Either a normal block of quartz or create a new Redstone component a bit like a repeater that uses quartz in its recipe (several tick settings like a repeater)

An easy & quiet way to make redstone clocks on Bedrock is needed.
