Let Dripleaves be planted on Mud

With the new Wild Update Snapshot introducing mud to swamps, we should look back on the Dripleaf from the Caves & Cliffs Update and allow for small dripleaves to be planted on mud and not just clay. This could certainly help out people who want to farm this stuff, but it can at least stay naturally spawned in the Lush Caves to keep it special.

    Small Dripleafs should be farmable in some way in the first place. Currently the only renewable way of getting them is Wandering Traders. Even though they naturally generate in Lush Caves they will eventually run out, and it's problematic if you need a LOT of small dripleaf.
