Pirates of the Caribbean won't update and can't be used

The official Pirates of the Caribbean mash up for Minecraft will not download and can't be used to create a new world because the Update doesn't work. Update downloads nearly 200MB again but does nothing else, then reverts back to showing the update button. On another device it won't even download for the first time. Very disappointing for a paid official Minecraft world that isn't available in Realms subscription!!!!!!

    Glad im not the only one, brought it for my son and we cant get it to work.
