Moveable GUI

I think that you should be able to move your GUI locations so that the players can personalize the appearance of their screen. This includes being able to move where the inventory appears when you open it, where the hotbar, hunger and xp bar is and much more. There is a mod that does something similar called apec but Its for skyblock and gives you limited selection but I believe that this should be added to normal minecraft but with more capability so that more players feel comfortable with the ui.

    Since less than 10 mods implements this and they're almost all outdated, it'll be FANTASTIC if this was added. Mojang atleast make it possible to change the gui and hud position with texture packs or mods because right now the community has to code the entire thing alone
