Add sea animals to minecraft - penguins, walruses and seals

My daughter would like to have these animals, penguins walruses and seals added to minecraft!

This sounds great! You should add more information about them, though. Penguins and walruses should spawn in cold or snowy biomes in or near water (including oceanic biomes), and seals should spawn in all oceanic biomes (as well as all beach/shore biomes (except maybe mushroom fields shore)).
