Witches in Dark Forests

Witches should have a higher chance of spawning generally in dark forest biomes.

There should also be a witches hut for the dark forest biome too made from dark oak. As dark forest biomes are fairly common, the witch hut should have a much lower chance of generating than it would in a swamp biome and should be generally rarer than a swamp biome witch hut.

The area around witch huts should also look dead with a few leafless trees scattered about (original idea by r/SmileyShelf). This would be a perfect opportunity to bring petrified planks into the game.
