Mini Wither

The mini wither should generate in special Nether Fortress rooms and Bastions. 

Health: 50 hearts

Damage: 3 hearts with no armor

    I feel like this is a bit unneccesary and pointless, what would it drop? how would it tie in with the game?

    do you have to spawn it? how often does it generate?

    why would you need a mini version of a wither? perhaps some sort of mini beacon or something?

    would whatever its drops can craft be useful in the game? is there a problem that the item can solve? e.g: phantom membrane repairs elytra, is dropped by phantoms.
