Make cold frogs spawn in warped forest instead of warm frogs.

The warped forest, with its blue colour scheme, strikes me as a 'cold' part of the nether, which I personally find intriguing. So, maybe the frog variant in this part of the nether could be cold frogs, rather than warm. Also, endermen spawn in warped forests, and the End is already considered as a cold biome - it is basically in space, after all.

    The nether is supposed to be hot, though. Even warped forests have lava pools. I guess it's an interesting idea, but not sure...
