Redstone volume toggle?

Oftentimes, when I build on creative, I like to use redstone to upgrade my builds and make them interactive. For example, for coastal builds, I like to use dispensers to create waves. However, the clicking sounds that come with it are out of place and become a bit annoying after a while. I think it would be a good idea to create a volume toggle for redstone (i.e. droppers, dispensers, pistons, et cetera) specifically so that you can turn down/turn off those annoying sounds without having to lose anything else like the iconic sounds of breaking and placing blocks.
