Make the inventory client sided, as well as hotbar switching. [Bedrock]

If your ping is terrible, there's a very noticeable delay on opening your inventory.

And if you're fighting other players, using a style where you have to switch your items fast, [Elytra mace] your items rubberband back. 

Example: Switching from the elytra to the mace to smash someone, but it switches back to your elytra.

Same with swapping a totem to your offhand, when you get popped , then try to put a new totem back, there's also a delay where players can kill you right after you swap back a totem to your offhand. This is very frustrating to deal with in many servers and realms where the region is far away from where you are.

Even throwing items such as wind charges, pearls, any projectile, its delayed.

At least add an option to toggle this in settings

One more thing: Wind charging yourself up on a bad region is very unresponsive and feels like it pulls me up aggressively then pulls me down.

Making the inventory and switching hotbar more responsive like in Java Edition would be a massive change.
