Is the Allay from the Sift? Soul Blue and have a Charm for Music...

Intro
Allays in Minecraft enjoy listening to music and are oriented towards the music block. Similar to the Sift, where mobs communicate through various melodies and sounds. Allays are also the light blue color, which is the exact color of the souls that spread across the lands.

Background
In Minecraft, Allays are trapped in Pillager Outpost Jails and in Minecraft Dungeons II the Illager High Council desires the souls and ichor of the land. However, to come back to the notion: Are Allays from the Sift? Well, Allays do possess an ability that is similar to many of the mobs in the Sift, and also enjoy the melodies that play, with their blue color.

The high-pitched sound of the Allay is also unique, as many of the Sift or soul corrupted mobs that are in the game tend to have a melodious sound effect. Allays are also controlled to do tasks, and gain materials for us in Minecraft, which is similar to the kind nature of the golems and the Singer to share their knowledge or help in some way.

Vex
While in contrary, there are Vexes, which have the similar structure of the Allay; however, are grey and are not as kind to us. The Vex can move through blocks, similar to the Allay, but show some sort of companionship to the Evoker. Companionship is shared by the Allay, but the Vex appears to have a sickly hue of grey, possibly drained of soul.
