Adding Back the Rest of The Mob Vote Losers and the Mob Vote itself.

Like giving the Mob Vote Losers having a guaranteed place in a future update like an entire update bringing all of them back. And for the Mob vote itself should be continous since there 4 updates a year then the after the third one the Mob Vote appears for maybe 2 wks and then it appears in a bonus mc live to annocue the winner and give the losers a place in a future update.
