Icicles shouldn't have a base when small

Icicles should look like the tip of an icicle spike when one is placed and not have the current frost and ice base that is there. This is for decorative purposes because for roof overhangs I just want the tiny icicle tip and not the large base texture that is more fitting for larger icicles.

    It would make sense for only the larger ones to have it, as they have had more time to grow smaller icicles as the base
