Icicle drips Water into Cauldron

I think giving the Icicle a similar function to how Pointed Dripstone interacts with Lava above it but for Water would be a neat inclusion. I know this isn't really needed since Water is already more than easily obtainable, but having an alterative way to collect Water would add some much needed spice to player creativity and themed builds / bases.

    Rather than growing, icicles could melt and become smaller
