Vultures

The vultures appear in groups of three or four, it would be a neutral mob, it can hunt chickens, rabbits and it could steal objects or blocks that are lying on the ground. When they die, they drop 2-3 feathers and deal 2.5 hearts of damage. And they would reproduce with the fruit of Nepal And there is a small chance that a vulture nest will appear. (I know those ideas were brought up but I wanted to put it in anyway).
