Vibrant visuals

Hello，I've been a Minecraft player for a really long time. I have it on my phone & Tablet.

On my phone vibrant visuals work just fine but not on my tablet, but my phone lags when I use behavior or resources pack, my tablet doesn't but I somewhat still cannot enable vibrate visuals.

I hope you guys make vibrant visuals available on all devices, thank you for reading.
