regards to incident with B1g Daddy090

Hello Minecraft Support, I am the owner of the Minecraft Realm where this incident occurred, and I am requesting a review of the permanent suspension issued to my friend’s account. The incident occurred in my private Realm while he was interacting with a friend. I understand that the language used was inappropriate and violated Minecraft’s Community Standards, and I am not trying to excuse it. However, I would appreciate it if the context of the incident could be considered when reviewing the severity of the penalty. As the Realm owner, I am willing to address inappropriate behavior within my own Realm. I respectfully ask that Minecraft reconsider the permanent suspension and whether a less severe penalty would be appropriate. Thank you for your time and consideration.
