Uploading to Realms (Bedrock)

I wish there were a higher upload limit to worlds. My greatest worlds exceed 100mg (which I think is the limit because it sends me an error when I try to). I would be willing to pay much more to upload a world over this limit as they are only accessible from my current phone and have no way of being saved externally or copied to a different device. I've wasted money with a realms subscription trying to upload these worlds and am disappointed because I'm not even able to copy the file manually through my files to an external drive. If my phone is broken, years of work will just disappear.
