Realm purchase issues

I tried to buy a core realms+ subscription. The first time i tried to buy it, the payment went through, but Minecraft said something had gone wrong, the second time I tried the payment went through again but minecraft just closed on me. Both payments show up as pending on my bank and my xbox subscriptions show the 2 realms as active subscriptions, yet such thing has yet to be given to me. This is the 5th time this sort of thing has happened when I've tried to purchase things on Minecraft.
