Switch 2 Minecraft doesn't support Actions & Stuff/Disabled Achievements

I updated my Switch version to Switch 2 and not only my Actions & Stuff behavior pack NOT work, but my Survival world disabled achievements FOR HAVING IT ACTIVE. How can I be penalized for an official Marketplace pack, let alone one that's not even working??? Please please please fix this!
