"Chiseled" Snow

With the release of the new snow block set, I couldn't help but notice it was missing a chiseled variant. I was thinking that it would be quite hard to actually "chisel" snow in real life though, so then I thought: what if, unlike the other chiseled blocks, it was crafted with a snow block and coal, and looked like a Snow Golems face! This would help complete the block set in a way that makes sense and that players would enjoy.
