The Iceologer returns

This winter drop is the PERFECT opportunity to add the Iceologer to Minecraft. Back then it lost the mob vote because of an unfortunely unlucky situation, but it was promised that the mob vote loser will be added to the game when it's their time. NOW is the perfect time for the Iceologer, because this winter drop is all about snow and ice. The Iceologer could spawn in a brand new Ice structure that generates in cold biomes, which desperately need new exciting content.
Please add the Iceologer to the game!
