"Cold" Archetype Freeze on Impact

If a Sulfur Cube with the "Cold" Archetype falls into water, it just floats, not generating ice. It only generates ice if it slides onto water from a non-water block.

This should be changed. If they are dropped from the sky, they should generate ice when/as/before they hit the water, hitting the ice they generated instead.

    I also wouldn't be opposed to making it so these Cold archetypes always generate ice, and not just when they are moving. After all, blue ice by itself generates ice when it is not moving.
