Packed Snow

Packed Snow would work similar to Packed Mud. Packed Snow would have the consistency of the new Snow Bricks blocks (mining speed, sounds, sulfur cube archetype, etc) and Snow Bricks would now be crafted with Packed Snow instead of normal snow. Packed Snow could be crafted with 2 Snow blocks + 2 Snowballs yeilding 2 Packed Snow. The texture could look like one large 'snow brick' (like Polished Blackstone vs Polished Blackstone Bricks). Packed Snow stairs, slabs, and walls would be nice as well, but are unnecessary because there are no variants for Packed Mud.
