Marketplace isn't working although i restart the game

I want to change my own custom skin i made but unfortunately when i tried open the dressing room, it direct me to marketplace which gave me an error code. I tried to reset the app, log in and tried to reset everything but it still won't work. My internet connection is working well but why i have an error code? I just don't understand, all i want was to change my current skin instead of default. This feel outrageous since i work so hard to make my own skin but i can't import it myself while my brother wears his own custom skin that he made it on his own. If this won't fix i will deal with Efe default skin, i don't care as long as i play Minecraft.
