Remove block destruction by all types of hoes and axes in Creative Mode

It'd be great if hoes and axes were prevented from accidentally destroying blocks in Creative Mode, just like Sword, Trident, Spear and Mace.

Making a farm by using a hoe in Creative Mode and accidentally misclicking the mouse button would destroy a Grass Block.

Axes can be used for combat, and the player can accidentally aim at a block instead of the target, which would destroy the block.
