Allow Snow Bricks to Be Crafted Using a Stonecutter

I think Snow Bricks should be compatible with the Stonecutter, just like many other building blocks in Minecraft. Currently, Snow Brick Slabs, Stairs, and Walls have to be crafted manually, which makes building with them less convenient than with most other brick blocks.

Allowing players to use the Stonecutter would make Snow Bricks more consistent with Minecraft's existing building mechanics and make larger building projects easier. These blocks could be especially useful for snowy villages, mountain bases, castles, and winter-themed structures.

I also think Snow Bricks could be part of a larger effort to make snowy biomes more interesting, with more reasons to explore them, discover new structures, and spend time there in survival.

These ideas could help make snowy biomes feel more alive and rewarding to explore, while keeping Minecraft's familiar vanilla style.
