the bugs reporting site does not work

on moijra, there is a required question which asks the affected version. However in the dropdown menu there are no options to choose and neither can u type. its a softlock as without answering that question u cannot submit a report  but u cannot answer the question either. fix this.

    Hello! Have you tried to open mojira in a different internet browser to see if the problem persists or cleared your cache and cookies? We've checked on our side and the bugs reporting seem to be working fine, so the issue might be related to your browser.
