Native Hunger bar toggle!

Please add a switch in the setings that toggels the hunger bar depleating on/off that by defult is off when in peaceful mode and on in other modes. And maybe include an intensity scale to change how fast it depletes.   

The points of having this

1 To be able to turn it on in peaceful mode

2 To be able to shut it off in other modes

3 To change how fast it depletes without changing difficulty mode
