Console Edition style Creative and Crafting menus (accessibility)

Hi Mojang! I'm a player with a disability, and the Console Edition style menus were much easier for me to use. I would love to see them come back for the Creative inventory and the Crafting Table, at least as an option in the settings.

Creative inventory:
- Tabs by category, so I find blocks fast
- Clean grid with no endless scrolling

Crafting Table:
- All the recipes I can make are right there
- Recipes organized by category
- Clear grid, simple to understand

Fewer clicks, less searching and a clearer layout make a real difference for accessibility. They are also great with a controller. The current menus are harder and slower for me to navigate.

It doesn't have to replace the current ones. A toggle in the settings would help a lot of players.
