Blue ice super cooling water into brittle ice only when updated

when blue ice generates in icebergs the new mechanic where water adjacent to it turns into brittle ice but because it hasn't had an update it remains water.

Please keep this feature! because in real life super cold water can sometimes not freeze so when it's touched it suddenly freezes into a slushy ice this is called super cooling, so keeping that in Minecraft it really cool and adds a lot to the fun and realism.

I don't know if it was intentional or not but keep it.
