Bug when you set only be any type of frozen biome, it becomes inland.

When you set your world to any type of these biomes:

Frozen Ocean, Deep Frozen Ocean, Frozen River, Frozen Peaks

It does not generate any oceans, and becomes land, witch spawns forests even when the world is set on single biome on a frozen type.

Its a bug where when you choose these to be a single biome, the world gives up and stops generating oceans and rivers.
