I propose a new world-generation feature and zombie variant called "The Suffocated Zombie."
World Generation:
The game will naturally generate small, hidden 2-block vertical and 1-block horizontal air pockets completely sealed inside solid stone and deepslate layers. These narrow spaces are designed specifically to hide a new threat.
Behavior and Mechanics:
1. Spawn Condition: The Suffocated Zombie spawns strictly inside these newly generated 1x2 stone air pockets, blending into the rock wall due to its stone-textured camouflage skin.
2. Mobility: Unlike regular zombies that get stuck in tight spaces, The Suffocated Zombie moves exceptionally fast through narrow 1-block-wide corridors.
3. Attack Trait: When it strikes a player who accidentally opens up their pocket, it inflicts a brief 1 to 2-second Poison effect, simulating the toxic air of being buried alive.
Why this benefits gameplay:
It turns standard strip-mining and caving into a thrilling guessing game. Players will have to be cautious every time they mine into a random, naturally generated gap in the rock walls!
