Suction block? That can pull mobs and players

The only block that can pull players or mobs are piston and magma blocks. So what if add a new Block that can pull mobs at horizontal instead of only pulling down(in magma block). The block can pull mobs at the air or in the water. The block can only active if there's a Redstone signal. When the block activate it can pull a mobs and players at 4, 8 to 12 blocks just like a Piston. It can be fun at Parkour or trapping players. It can be helpful for making Redstone mini Games.
