would like to suggest a simpler way to join friends' worlds in Minecraft. It would be amazing to have a direct "Join by Name/ID" option in the multiplayer menu.
How it works:
- A player opens their world and shares their Player Name and unique ID/Gamertag.
- The joining player just types this Name and ID into a text box and clicks "Connect".
- This would allow players to connect instantly without needing to go through complex server setups, LAN configurations, or inviting each other from a formal friends list first.
Why this is useful:
It makes multiplayer much more accessible and seamless, especially for quick gaming sessions with friends or creators playing with their community. It simplifies the connection process for everyone.
