The Specter - Phasing Sift Mob

The specter is a naturally spawning mob in the upcoming sift dimension. It flies around, resembling a single-celled organism (like the ones with the weird fins down the sides) and is hostile toward the player. This mob flies down to your level and melee attacks you, but its fun gimmick is that when the monster is separated by blocks, the mob becomes translucent and phases through them, maybe even being able to phase through attacks. In this form, the specter can't attack the player either. Once it's successfully killed, the specter can drop a higher amount experience than other mobs in the game, like quartz vs other ores.
