Add 'Dog' (music disc) to the base game

So! Dog is a unused song from the Volume Alpha soundtrack despite it being a core song for minecraft, But it goes completely unused in Java Edition and Bedrock Edition!!

Dog actually used to exist in the Console Editions since its a sequel to Cat! But after the switch to Bedrock was made, Console edition is the only version of Minecraft to hold dog

I love dog as a song, So its so sad for it to be nowhere to be seen! I would love for Dog to be added back as a Music Disc apart of Dungeon loot pools Similar to Cat!
